How we test every batch
Every batch of research peptide we ship is analyzed by an independent third-party analytical laboratory before release. We publish the raw analytical data — not just a stated purity number — and tie it back to a specific batch on the vial.
Third-party analytical labs
We do not self-report purity. Batch analysis is performed by independent laboratories such as Janoshik Analytical and equivalent US-based facilities. The lab name appears on every COA.
HPLC ≥99% at 220 nm
Reverse-phase C18 HPLC with UV detection at the peptide-bond wavelength. Raw chromatograms are published on the COA — not a bare number.
Mass-spec identity
ESI mass spectrometry confirms the observed molecular weight matches theoretical within instrument tolerance. Purity without identity is meaningless.
Endotoxin (LAL)
Reported in EU/mg. This is the single most-omitted metric in the industry — and the one that matters most for cell-based research downstream.
Residual solvent screening
GC panel for TFA, acetonitrile, and other synthesis-stage solvents. Reported per batch.
Cold-chain shipping
Insulated packaging with ice packs available for temperature-sensitive sequences. US domestic fulfillment.
