About this site

An independent reference desk for research peptides.

researchuseonlypeps is a free reference and review publisher covering research-use-only peptides: sequence and purity data, how to read a certificate of analysis, independent vendor scoring, and active safety alerts. We do not sell, supply, ship, or take payment for any material.

The site exists because the information a buyer needs before spending money is scattered across vendor marketing, forum folklore, and PDFs nobody knows how to read. Reference data and analytical literacy should be free, sit in one place, and not be written by whoever is trying to sell you the vial.

Editorial standards

We publish. We do not sell.

researchuseonlypeps holds no inventory, takes no payment, operates no warehouse, and ships nothing. There is no cart on this site and never has been. When you decide to buy, you leave for a third-party vendor and their terms, pricing, and policies apply, not ours.

Scores come from documents, not from relationships.

A vendor is scored on five dimensions: analytical evidence, COA transparency, order handling, support responsiveness, and value. Each score traces to something we could see: a published certificate of analysis, a batch number that resolves, an answer to a question we actually asked. Where we could not verify a claim, we say so rather than scoring it generously.

Commercial relationships never move a score.

Some outbound links on this site are commercial. That relationship is disclosed on every page it appears on and is described in full in our disclosure. It does not buy a rating, a placement, or the removal of a safety alert. If a vendor we have a relationship with earns a downgrade, the downgrade publishes.

Corrections are permanent, not quiet.

When we get something wrong we correct the page and note what changed. We do not delete a bad review, and we do not silently rewrite a score. A vendor may dispute a finding by sending documentation; documentation moves a score, pressure does not.

Research context, never medical advice.

Every reference profile summarises published preclinical literature and grades the strength of the evidence behind it. None of it is a dosing protocol, a therapeutic claim, or guidance for use in humans or animals. The materials described here are for in-vitro laboratory research only.

How the site is funded

Reading this site is free and always will be. It is funded through commercial arrangements with third-party vendors whose links appear in the where-to-buy directory, and through the operator's other work. No arrangement gives a vendor editorial input, advance review of a score, or a veto over a safety alert.

The full terms of those arrangements, and how to tell a commercial link from an editorial one, are in the disclosure.

What we will not do

  • We do not publish dosing protocols, cycles, or administration instructions.
  • We do not describe any peptide as a treatment, cure, or therapy for any condition.
  • We do not accept payment to raise a vendor score or to suppress a safety alert.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share the email addresses of people on our reference list.
  • We do not accept anonymous vendor submissions as evidence. Documents or nothing.

Corrections, disputes, and contact

If a reference figure is wrong, a certificate of analysis has been misread, or a vendor score is out of date, tell us and send whatever supports it. Documented corrections are made and dated. Vendors disputing a score should send batch-level analytical documentation; we will re-score against the same rubric everyone else is scored against.
