The materials described here are not intended for human consumption, administration, injection, inhalation, or topical application, and are not intended for veterinary therapeutic use. They have not been evaluated by the FDA, the EMA, or any equivalent authority for safety or efficacy for such use, and no statement on this site should be read as a claim that they have been.

Not compounded, not GMP, not a medicine

Research peptides are reference chemistry, not compounded pharmaceuticals and not approved drug products. They are generally not manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practice, and are not subjected to the fill and finish, sterility, and lot release testing required of an approved product. A high purity figure on a certificate of analysis is a statement about chemistry, not a substitute for any of that.

Reference profiles summarise published preclinical literature and grade the strength of the evidence behind it. That is a description of a research record, not guidance for use.
