CJC-1295

Also known as: DAC:GRF, Modified GRF 1-29

CJC-1295 is a modified 29-residue growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog.

Research context

CJC-1295 is a modified 29-residue growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog. Variants exist with and without a drug-affinity complex (DAC) linker that reacts with serum albumin to extend half-life. It is used as a reference agonist in GHRH receptor research and in comparative studies of half-life-extension chemistry.

Storage & stability

Store lyophilized at -20°C.

Purity & testing standards

Each batch of CJC-1295 is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory. Standard release testing includes reverse-phase HPLC at 220 nm (purity target HPLC ≥99%), electrospray mass spectrometry (identity confirmation), and endotoxin screening. Batch numbers on each vial resolve to a downloadable COA on this site.
